As you now reaching adolescent age and will become some one very soon you need to remember that what ever  we became is just because of everyone  we have in our life. Our every success has a share of each one of them  its never be fully on our own…..

but 

Every  failure is because of us only… No one else is responsible for it. जैसे आटा पानी और आग की मदद रोटी बन जाता है पर जब जलता है  तो सिर्फ़ आटा ही जलता है….  

Success has many fathers while failure is often Orphan . It is not just saying it is  infact a reality  of life …. hard to accept but mandatory for success ..sooner the better 

Every success has combo of many situations and people but every failure has only one reason that is lack of effort and attitude …… 

If you think that you will work only when all things will get set right then you are as likely to get success as some one standing and waiting on the bank of river to cross when all water will be flown into the ocean ……

Further remember that You are successful only when your success can be useful to others it is  a must for sustainable growth 

Remember 

1. Never do savings for future 

2. Never make any one your ideal 

3. Never try to be Best, Mr correct and flawless all time

4. Do not justify 

5. Always Consider yourself nothing (zero)

6. Do not keep asking 

 7. If you want todo something  just do not think benefits 

8. Do not work Hard

9. It is okay not listen to what people say 

10. Finally remember that everything always ends well….

1. Instead Conserve n optimise as present is definite and future is unknown 

2. Be capable of being idealised (कुछ करो ऐसा जो दुनिया बनाना चाहे तेरे जैसा)

3. Optimise between do-able versus best and all correct or flawless 

4. Do justified 

5. So that any one try t cross x with you will be reduced to zero but if some one try to keep you shoulder to shoulder his value increased by ten times

6. Instead  take your own decisions 
7. Just check loss  and Do it

8. Instead work SMART ( Specific  Measurable  Attainable Realistic /Relevant band Time bound

9. But always listen what they don’t say…

10 as if it is not well then it is not the end…
