Innovative and original thinker and a Head of manufacturing facility of Multi Crore, Multi product leading international Pharmaceutical Company. Currently handling a total work force of more than 1500 people.

As a “Master Management Mistri” and a “Human Karigar”, I have participated in many events as a keynote speaker, business coach, trainer and a felicitator at a various platforms and helped many to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Not less than 10 countries have benefited through the creation of more than 21 pharmaceutical facilities designed and created all over the world through my innovative designing aptitude. My pharmaceutical project at Dubai is still considered as one of the best in the gulf region. I have spent 18 years in the professional field and contributed nearly 5000 hours of training sessions along with the routine assignments. Ability to train the trainer helps in faster and smothers propagation of the training task. I am also having a vast experience of handling and preparing for the various “Quality audits” conducted by national and international regulatory bodies like-

A Leading participant in the TQM movement started in India during late nineties to fight against China & saved organizations from near collapse against the low cost dumping of china with the help of “WOW-effect” & KAIZEN.

As a Technical & QA Head,  I have conceptually innovated the Punching and Packaging Technology for the “First Transdermal patch made in INDIA by indigenous technology” in collaboration with UDCT-Mumbai. The product is launched by the director of AIIMS and considered as a mile stone in the innovation in the history of Indian medicine manufacturing.

As an active member of ISPE (International society of pharmaceutical Engineer), I have done some research work and published few papers on Quality subjects like Risk based approach to Quality, Out of specifications, Deviation management and Change control.

Conferred with “Bhartiya Udyog Ratan Award” and “Outstanding performance award”, I have started my social inning with international social club and leaded the single handed project of “Free Medical checkup of Kutch Police force”. This report is proved as a mile stone and eye opener for the society and helped Internal police reforms at state level. Leading participation in many social endeavors like sending timely help for victims of natural calamities like “Leh Cloud burst” and “Japan Tsunami”

During professional course of the carrier I have successfully headed various organizations as Technical Head; I have also done some unpublished literary work in the form of books and training material. Most used books during my training session are “Management in style”, “Thoughts on Pot”, “Pro active work ethos”, “Art of becoming”, “ethical existence”, ”DTP (Defining the problem)” and MAM (Management Action Meetings).

The facility Created in Dehradoon is considered as one of the best layout with reference to man and material movement and used by many as a training material for explain the Concept of unidirectional Material flow.
