A step in Hindhi

Hap Hap Hap Happy Republic Day

60 a retirement age, Oh yaa yes it is, Do you really think, Yes it is tired it is actually Re- tired..Tired out …The current state of nation, definitely reflects that our 60 Plus republic also needs an overhaul, I am sure you will not be surprised to know that even a high profile member of parliament find himself helpless in curbing down the corruption. An imperative revelation By Mr. Jyotiraditya Sindhia on one of the TV show that he himself is not able to black list the road contractor, who has made the road which is washed away with very first monsoon, and when with a great difficulty he did the same, then also the same contractor got the back door entry in the next tender again and became the L1 with some other name. He is really help less and it exhibits the “state of our nation” ….Happy or hopeless.

We are also not surprised when the Black Money issue is raised and debated all over, it is reduced to the payment of TAX and government is talking about some voluntary deposit schemes… what a joke we want to say that all this black money collected by means of corruption at various levels is ok if the tax is paid on that … NO ….NO…. NO; something is seriously wrong , it is not the issue whether the tax is paid or not what is important,  is the source and means from where they have collected the money …. It is hard to accept but Pranab da, our finance minister says that he can’t reveal the name …..Oh yeah we understand that he is also Helpless and the “state of nation” is now seems to be hopeless……

Crores and crores of ghotalas is now everyday’s routine and none of them is booked in last 60 years, icing on the cake is that now after having exposed Sibbal Sa’b has openly came with a logical denial of the facts raised by PAC. We are now more logical and matured after all we are 60 Plus. Mother of all Ghotalas are exposed and our Mr. Prime Minister is help less … really helpless and the “state of the nation” is now really hopeless…

Disregard of national flag in our own soil of Srinagar is allowed, nobody is arrested, no actions on them, is definitely a sign of matured democratic republic … yes after all we are matured and we are 60 Plus. Arresting the people who want to simply hoist the flag on the republic day, as we do not want to hurt sentiments of antinational citizens is seems to be a sign of overly matured democracy after all it is 60 Plus. Arresting the democratically elected Opposition leader on the day of republic day is nothing but arresting vary soul of the republic and this time our own national central democratic republic government is helpless … and this time “state of the nation” is defiantly hopeless…..

Lahsoon ( Garlic) 250 Rs per kg, Onion 60 Rs per kg, Sugar 35 Rs per kg, Petrol 59 Rs per liter, Annual Salary of merely 2 lacs rupees is taxed, when crores and crores of the tax payers money is diverted and looted by hands full of people due to lack of governance and this time bechara aam adami is helpless….… and what do you say now the “state of the nation”  is Hopefully …not the..Hopeless ……

Hap Hap Hap ….Happy Republic day…. Or Hopeless …………..

Jara Sochiye…. Jai Hind…..

People’s Peepli

Dear Amir

Many Thanks for  bringing  up  one  more hot  and  important issue…

A big realty behind the current Indian success story,

Peepli live….. A reality Behind the scene ……which  Many may not agree, Many  feels isolated…, Many may appreciate.  But I feel Sorry  as again  the point  is raised  with no  solution, we Can request Pak to Intervene  for  solution ,,,,or US  ….. or  App or hum…or  Hum  Sab….

Aao Sath mein hath Badyein aur behtar Bhavishya Banayein…..

Pehla Kadam ….

Alternative  farming  methods  are  one  of the  most feasible  solution for the  issue  raised  by  Peepli Live ….The cycle  can be  completed  by the Farmers owning the barren land and Government scheme sponsoring  the alternative  farming  methods  ….result will surely make  famers Happy and AMIR….

Amir … a real  true  story  line  based on above  theme  can give  birth to the  “PEEPLI LIVE  II” where a young  politician  having  many  brilliant ideas  like  a corporate  Professional  MBA Grad  from US … will  involve  himself  for  the cause and try to find  out ground solutions Like IMU farming , Gobber pellets as Fuel, Rice Husk Boards etc…. Implementation  of  which under the  Indian typical  political scenario with coalition drama and  make  unforgettable story.

Dear Amir presenting unresolved  stories  is  not  going to  solve  the purpose we  need to  work  and fight for the cause. A series of  nicely presented but  resolved  stories.. Tare  Jamin  Par, Rang De Basanti, should end  with  Peeli Live II …. A Solution.

Aaoo Badein  Humm…..Saath Chalein Hum

Dear Shiksha Mantri Ji

Shikshak

Ek  eisa  Prani  jo  nasal pe  nasal  tayyar  karta  hai  aur  har  ek  ko  apne  se  behtar  banane  ki KOSHISH   karta  hai…

aur  ishee  koshish  mein  woh bhul  jata  ki  behtar  jindagi  and better  quality  of  life  is  his / her  right  also

Shishak kamjor nahin hota…. uski Godh mein  Pralaya aur Nirman Dono Khelete hain…..Khan gaye  woh log,…… ki jinke liye aisa likha jata tha.

Today nobody   thinks about the  condition  of   a teacher, who  are  the  creator  of  all human  resources  which  is  behind  every success,   and  believe  me  nothing  can  succeed   without  the  involvement  of  teachers  but  what  part  of  success is  shared  with them …   In  the total  economic and social  development  we  are leaving the most  important  part  of  the  system behind ….

The  exploitation  and day  today difficulties  of  a  common  teacher  is  going  to upset  the total education  level  and  will definitely  affect the output … the next  generation……

Is   the hype  nau-tanki  of  public  schools  are  really  necessary,  we  need to think.

Tell  me the current Indian  generation  who  is  leaving  the mark on the  world  map  with their  unequivocal capabilities  ….  are output of this   public  schools system  ….NO.

Then why  we want to  copy WEST  …  why  public  schools  …  why  we want  tobe  like  them,    who themselves   are  on reverse  track…….

In our  times  we  use  to  have  winter  and  summer  vacations in school  ,  daily  schools  used tobe  about  6 hrs  maximum.     Now  a day’s    school  is  about  eight   hours  plus  extracurricular  activities  ….  bachha  sahi  mein  bechara ho gaya  hai….

In  school  we should  teach & test   pupil what  they  don’t  know   but  we  should  also groom him/her for  what  they  know and can do better , ………then  only  we can have  more  and  more people  like  Amitabh  Bachchan  or  Sachin Tendulkar…………………………..               Thank  god  they  were  successful   in saving  themselves  from this  totally  commercialized and messed   up education system..

Public  schools,   want  teachers  to stand  whole  day  which  is  against  labour  law  also ,,  is  against  our traditional education system, where in gurukul  guru   always  sits…..how  you can expect  the best  output  when  you  provide  an  uncomfortable conditions… simple  HR  principle

we  should  believe  in  our system … we  should  stop  this  nautanki  of  public  schools ……. they  will give  us  the US  like  next  generation  …just think  do  we  really  need this.. ….

Ek thaka   hara  baccha or  ek thakka  hara  shikshak  ,  kaise  ek  ujjwall bhavishya  dega …  JARA  Sohiyee..

Reservation Policy

My vision on contemporary issues 1

Reservation Policy

“As you sow so shall you reap”. This is an eternal truth, and is very relevant in today’s scenario.

Let’s connect this proverb to the current reservation policy. It appears quite baffling but it  is  not  so, “How do we expect overall good  performance when we are recruiting  some indolent people, just  on the  basis  of  reservation  policy”. Here  I  feel compelled to state that  everybody in the reserved  class is not a  mediocre, undoubtedly  there  is  a  vast  reservoir of  talent  in  reserved  class,  but such adroit personalities don’t  need the crutch of  reservation for  their  up-liftment , here  I am  only  talking  about the general  inefficiency  that  would  creep in to our  socio administrative  system if  merit is sacrificed in  the  name  of pseudo social justice and  the  less  efficient  people are given admissions just  on  the  basis  of  cast , creed  etc.. I  just  wanted  to  point  out this inimical  behavior  of our  constitution  with the unreserved class .  It is a violation of fundamental right of equality.

I  am  not  against  the  reserved  class; they  deserve   help  but not  the  kind which  is  being  doled  out  to  them. Let us help them by all means but never at the cost of efficiency. I simply  don’t understand  how are  we going to  build our public or  indeed any other sector with undeserving  and  inefficient  people in  its rank.

I  think  the  only infallible way is  to  bestow upon  them free elementary  education  &  scholarships on  large scale for  higher studies  moreover  enterprises  both  small and  large  should  be  given monetary help if the promoter  is from economically backward class then  and  only  then  the  deserving  one would  be  able  to  pass  their  assay.

The  present policy  as conceived  and  executed  does not  genuinely  help  either  the  backward  class or  their  cause .  It only implicitly creates a vote bank.  it  is  for everybody  and  especially  the  back wards  to  understand  that  the  under  garb  of  equality , they  are  being just  fooled   by  some  selfish  politicians , education  and  sheer  hard  work   are  the  only  ways  to  get  integrated  with main stream ,  my  colleagues from the  reserved  class may  take  offense  of  my  view ,  but  let’s  hope  that  they  understand  that  I  have not  said anything out  of  prejudice  but sheer logic makes me express myself in the aforesaid  manner .

Conclusively reservation policy is nothing but a menace to our nation’s unity & strength. one day  this poison is  going  to paralyze the whole  nation and  we would  be  responsible for  that . I  hope  that better sense prevails at earliest upon our ruling elites and they’ll get down  to  the  task  of  nation  building rather  then extracting  political  mileage  from  such  issues .

Indeed it  would  be  futile  to  lock  the stable  door once  steed  is  stolen.

Otherwise ………
